Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing your order,  you are accepting the following terms and condition.

You hereby consent to allow Willow Creek Floral Preservation artistic license to create your framed floral display or table top display based on your selection of frame and any written instructions you may provide.  All special instructions must be provided to us when you select a frame.  Any changes to the design of the finished piece may result in additional charges.  Please bear in mind that major changes may not be possible without significant damage to your original flowers.

Not all of the flowers in your bouquet will survive the wedding and reception in a condition suitable to freeze drying.  You hereby agree to allow us to replace flowers as needed at your expense to insure an attractive display.  If costs of replacement exceed $25.00,  we will contact you prior to purchasing them.    Certain types of flowers and fillers are not conducive to freeze drying.  If you are uncertain about what types are not good choices for this process,  please see our list attached to this packet.  We will replace unsuitable items with either artificial or similar items that do preserve well when possible. 

As bouquet preservation is a time consuming process,  it will take approximately 6 weeks to process your order.  If necessary,  we will extend this period to ensure the finest product possible. 

All deposits are non-refundable.  When you place your order,  we purchase your frame.  All flowers submitted for processing are the property of Willow Creek Floral Preservation until the order is paid in full.  Flowers that do not fit in the frame you have chosen will not be returned. 

When your display is complete,  we will ship your order via UPS ground,  unless you specify a quicker service.  You are responsible for all shipping costs.  If you live out of the area and are shipping your flowers to us from your wedding,  we will,  at our cost,  ship an insulated container to you.  The container is our property and must be returned with your order.  We are in no way responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.  Please check  your order carefully when it arrives and report any damage to the shipping contractor. 

Willow Creek Floral Preservations liability is strictly limited by this agreement to your original purchase price.  If you want a refund,  all flowers, frames and shipping containers must be returned to us at your expense.  You hereby agree that all disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Texas and in Gillespie county of said state.
